Quick and Easy online booking
For the majority of my shoots, you will be able to quickly pick a date/time from my calendar and book online. You can find that HERE. There is also the option to request an additional date and time for full sessions if you don’t see a time that works for you. You can also sign up for my email list here and be the first to know about additional dates and times added.
Questionnaire
When you book your session you will be given a brief questionnaire to gather some important information. It’s pretty short and will ask you a few simple questions like your names, ages of kids, the reason for the photos. This questionnaire allows me to get to know you and your family better, understand your preferences, and customize the session to reflect your unique story. Don't worry; it's quick and easy to fill out. Your responses will help me tailor the experience to your specific needs and capture the essence of your family. I also have a spot you can ask any questions, so I can answer those before your session.
Final Information Email
I send a final information email about your session usually 2+ days before your session. If you don’t receive this check your spam folder. Unfortunately, it often ends up there if it’s not there don’t hesitate to reach out. This email will include all the essential details you need to know before the session. It will cover important aspects such as the address, meeting point, parking or entrance fees, what to bring, and any other special instructions. Reading this email carefully will ensure that you arrive fully prepared and have a stress-free experience.
Style Guide
There is a link to my style guide in the final information email. You can also access that here if you would like to go over it earlier. I love mini-sessions! The majority of my sessions are mini-sessions are at large farms/parks. Text me when you arrive and I can come find you. Don’t panic if I don’t respond right away I might be finishing up my previous session and I will check my phone right when I finish.
